Inevitably Yuletide comes round and with it the fear that you may get a
present from somebody who you have long forgotten. You realise belatedly, that you need to keep a back-up of goodies for such an event. There's nothing worse than receiving a gift from somebody who ain't gonna get one from you. Actually, there is something worse - you remember to reward the donor by giving them the same 'unwrapped' item as you received from them the previous year. But this disaster hardly ever happens......much.
So to take away your trepidations (gift-wise,) we decided to take a cosy pitch at the Harrogate Exhibition aptly named “Simply Christmas”. We haven't done this one before and it takes place in the Centre of Harrogate on 3rd to 5th of December, so get your diaries out. It will be a big give away for FabFurn customers new and old, who have been supporting us through the tough years. We've found an ideal way to reward you:
On every furniture container from the 10 different countries from where we
source merchandise there is always space for small gift items which can be
co-loaded into spaces that occur on every load. High value and low cube is what we are promoting. Thus, for instance, necklaces, bracelets, and ear rings can travel free for 6000 miles and be sold off at a quarter of normal price, similarly our replica models of cars, aeroplanes and motorbikes, which a normal retailer would have to mark up at £55+ apiece can be sold off at £20 or less! We've got luscious cushions from a fiver worth £20 each, amazing decorative lights at seriously low-prices, and those with young children, we offer cuddly toys worth a tenner for £2.99. Just a sample selection but really good.
To utilise all the space on our stand (N 82) we are showing many pieces from our website. You've seen them in two dimensions but now you have an ideal opportunity to feel, test and sit on the real life sized thing. Remember we make up furniture to your specifications using our base models. Oh yes, our
samples will all be sold from the stand on the last day which is a Sunday.
So wrap up warm and hit that Harrogate trail. It's a heavenly spot in God's own county, and bring that piece of plastic with you, you will be glad you did.
